Offensive & Blocking IQ Lab (hitting and blocking) with Taija Thomas, former pro player (France & Finland) and former NCAA Division I athlete at Florida International University; represented Trinidad & Tobago at the FIVB World Championships. June 7. 13-14U session 3:30-5:00 PM: build a strong foundation in attacking and blocking by focusing on approach mechanics, timing, and body control.
